Hi All,

You are still there hope. I've finally left VM and moved to BT, not the
obvious choice but so far so good. VM were quite amazing in that I had
my MAC in under an hour and I thought they were not bothered. Have just
had an email asking me to complete a survey in which I relate what lead
to my leaving.

Hope you are all doing well.

Regards,

Alec

I'm slow but usually get there in the end. I honistly think that VM are
now only interested in their cable customers, especially now BT are
rolling out Infinity across the country in competition.

Alec

I'm still here, remaining "loyal"! Satisfied but with limitations.
"Rather the devil....." as they say.
Good luck with BT.

Hi Pam,

I felt much the same as you especially as you seem to be able to find
bad stuff about most ISP's if you look. What finally prompted me to move
was the intermittent loss of connection over a weekend with no
acknowledgement of problems by VM. Also they certainy didn't try to
persuade me to stay with them when I called to cancel.

I know BT don't have the greates reputation but I'm getting 13.5 Meg
down and 950 k up. Better yet the slowest I've seen at peak times is 4
Meg with decent throughput. I was getting around 1 Meg with VM and
terrible throughput such that I gave up trying to use it in the evening
on occaisions.

Regards,

Alec
